Water Distribution personnel are scheduled to work on an 8-inch waterline at 1525 S. Yale Ave. on April 23, between 8 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. During this work, traffic on East 15th Street will be limited to one lane in each direction between South Allegheny Avenue and South Canton Avenue.
