A waterline replacement project is scheduled to begin Monday, April 25, on East 31st Street between South Toledo Avenue and South Winston Avenue. During this work, the outside eastbound lane of traffic will be closed to accommodate testing and waterline tie-in. The project is scheduled to take approximately two weeks.
