A wastewater rehabilitation project is scheduled to begin Monday, May 2, on South Harvard Ave. between the Broken Arrow Expressway and East 31st Street. During this work, Harvard Ave. will be restricted to one lane in each direction. The project is scheduled to take approximately three weeks.
