Street Rehabilitation Project to Begin Jan. 31 on East 11th Street

A street rehabilitation project on East 11^th Street between South Sheridan Road and South Memorial Drive is scheduled to begin Jan. 31.

Work will begin on the west end of the project near Sheridan and move toward Memorial as the project progresses. During construction, traffic will be limited to one lane in each direction in the work area. Access will be maintained for all residences and businesses.

City street projects show how sales taxes and property taxes are funding road improvements. Tulsans are encouraged not to avoid construction areas, but to support the area businesses throughout the construction project.

The City of Tulsa has contracted with Becco Contractors Inc. for this $3,227,000 Improve Our Tulsa project. Completion of the project is scheduled for September 2022.
