Special Vendor Registration Day!

In coordination with Global Entrepreneur Week, the City of Tulsa would like to invite you to stop by City Hall on Wednesday, November 14, 2018, to register as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) vendor and/or a general vendor to provide supplies, equipment, vehicles, information technology systems, and most services for all City departments.
Open registration will take place at 175 E. 2nd Street, City Hall, main entrance, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Staff will be available to help assist with your registration and answer any questions. No need to sign up for this event, so don’t miss this chance to increase your opportunity to do business with the City of Tulsa.
Potential supplier vendors can come with completed forms:
Or complete vendor registration on site:
- Tax ID number
- Bank account and routing numbers (to receive payments)
- Basic company information (name, address, website, type of corporation, etc)
Potential SBE vendors please bring the following:
- Copies of current licenses/permits held by owners and/or employees
- A Copy of the business's Certification from the Secretary of State of Oklahoma.
- A completed business Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet for past 12 months of operation (or portion if operating less than one year)
- Business Resumes or Capability Statement for all owners listed in the application.
- Bond Letter (for construction contractors only)
- Request for Transcript of Business Tax Return (Form 4506-T due annually). This allows verification of compliance with the gross receipts or sales limitation of the City of Tulsa SBE Program.
- Completed Application Form including Project/Work Experience Form and Personal Financial Statement.
