Permit Center Closed; Customers Asked to Use Online Portal, Email Certain Applications

The City of Tulsa Permit Center is closed after federal, state and local emergency declarations were made in response to the COVID-19 threat.

Customers should utilize the online portal for all permit applications (except for the ones listed below) and contractor licenses, both new and renewals.

Access the permit portal at https://tulsaok.tylertech.com/EnerGov4934/SelfService and register if you have not already done so. Plans for permit applications need to be uploaded and State licenses need to be uploaded for contractor licenses.

Permit applications that cannot be filed online are those for Commercial Priority review, Commercial Repair, Certificate of Occupancy, Residential Repair, and Demolition Permit applications. If applying for these types of permits, email the application and plans to [email protected].

All other application types should use the online portal. When using the portal, be sure to include your contact information. Permit Specialists who have further questions will contact you.

If you need to pick up a permit that was applied for in person, call (918) 596-9456. A Permit Specialist will create an invoice you can pay online and will provide your plan electronically, either by email or through the portal.

Those needing to make account deposits should mail a check to the City of Tulsa Permit Center, 175 E. 2^nd St., Suite 450, Tulsa OK, 74103.
