This afternoon, a 48-inch water transmission line was hit by nearby contactors. Residents in the area may have noticed water pressure changes during this time. Crews are currently on site to begin the repairs, but since this is a transmission line, no residents should be without water and water pressure has been restored to the area.

Out of an abundance of caution and due to the proximity of the waterline break to the 93rd and Mingo bridge, the northbound lane at 93rd and Mingo is temporarily closed as City staff will be conducting an inspection of the bridge slope.
