The City of Tulsa is pleased to announce the return of the Neighborhood Leaders Luncheon, a gathering for dedicated neighborhood leaders from around the City. The event aims to foster a sense of community and provide valuable insight into creating strong neighborhoods.
The luncheon will be held September, 14, 2023, at the Central Center at Veterans Park, 1028 E. 6th St., Tulsa, OK 74120, from noon to 1 p.m. Doors will open at 11:30 a.m., and seating is limited to 100 people.
This year’s theme, “Reconnecting,” underscores the importance of building and strengthening citizen relationships within neighborhoods and the City of Tulsa.
The luncheon will feature guest speakers, including James Wagner, the newly established Department of City Experience Director, and Neighborhood Liaison Joel Hensley, who will share valuable tips and techniques to empower neighborhood leaders.
A formal invitation with important event details and registration instructions will be emailed to neighborhood leaders, who are encouraged to confirm their attendance promptly. If neighborhood contact information needs to be updated, please contact Joel Hensley at [email protected] or (918) 596-1292.
