To enhance the security of your online Permitting and Licensing Self Service account, our software provider requires an upgrade to the self-service portal for all users logging into our system. This change applies to anyone with an account for permitting, special events, professional license, or inspections.

The Permit Center is responsible for department functions including:

• Receiving citizens and responding to inquiries
• Processing permit applications
• Issuing over the counter permits
• Registering trade licenses and insurance
• Issuing trade permits
• Maintaining records and completing public record searches
• Accounting and general administrative tasks

We offer assistance in Spanish and other languages.
